Paul Hayward

Paul Hayward has worked in various roles in the pharmaceutical industry since 1995. Paul began their career at Allergan, where they held roles such as Validation Manager, Operations Systems Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Special Project, Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, Gel Manufacturing Supervisor, and Chemistry Professional. In 2007, they moved to Reckitt Benckiser, where they held roles as Senior Manager of Quality Assurance NA Health & Personal Care, Manager of Category Supply NA Health and Personal Care, and Operations Manager. In 2013, they became VP GM Pernix Manufacturing at Pernix Therapeutics. In 2014, they became a Consultant (VP of Operations) at BreakThroughProducts dba Urgent Rx. Paul also served as a Consultant (VP of Operations) at Azaya Therapeutics in 2015. Since 2015, they have been VP of Quality and Compliance and Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at LifeScience Logistics.

Paul Hayward received their Bachelor of Science from Southwest Baptist University in 1991, majoring in Biology and Chemistry. Paul then went on to earn their Master's degree in Physical/Analytical Chemistry from Baylor University in 1995.
