Lauren Deer

Lauren Deer currently serves as a Firefighter and Chaplain at Northern Wake Fire Department since July 2016 and has held the role of Operations Administrator on Call and Allocation Coordinator at LifeShare Carolinas since October 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Preservation Coordinator at HonorBridge, a Police Chaplain/Dispatcher for Wallace Police Department, and an EMS Chaplain Resident at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Lauren began the career in ministry as an Associate Pastor of Youth and Children at FBC Wallace, NC. Educational qualifications encompass a Doctorate of Divinity from Campbell University, a Master of Divinity from Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Clemson University.
