Alli Naithani

Alli Naithani has extensive experience in human resources, holding various roles in multiple organizations. Naithani most recently served as the Human Resources Director at LifeSource since October 2022. Prior to that, Naithani worked at Northwest Area Foundation as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Development from August 2017 to October 2022. During their time at Capella University, from August 2011 to August 2017, Naithani held the position of HR Manager, overseeing learning and development, HR business partnering, and providing counsel to leaders and employees. Before that, Naithani worked at Cerenity Senior Care as a Sr. HR Generalist and Business Development Consultant from March 2001 to February 2011. Additionally, Naithani gained experience in facilitating employee training programs at HealthEast from February 2007 to May 2009 and teaching Human Resource Management as an Adjunct Instructor at Minnesota School of Business from January 2006 to March 2009.

Alli Naithani earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas, where they attended from 1989 to 1993. Later, they studied at The School for International Training from 1995 to 1998, obtaining a Master of Intercultural and International Management degree, with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services.
