Nick Harshfield

Nick Harshfield began their career in finance with UPS in 1988. Nick quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a finance supervisor within 10 years. In 1998, they left UPS to become the director of corporate financial planning at ResCare.

In 2006, Nick became the vice president of finance and chief financial officer at Christian Care Communities. Nick held this position for eight years before moving to Exceptional Living Centers as their executive vice president and CFO in 2014.

In 2016, Nick was recruited to serve as the chief financial officer for Ascension Senior Living. Nick remained in this role for just over a year before being recruited by WesleyLife to serve as their CFO in October 2017.

Nick has been with Lifespace Communities since June 2020 and currently serves as their chief financial officer. Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated their ability to successfully lead finance teams and implement financial strategies that achieve organizational goals. Nick is a respected leader in the field of senior living finance and is known for their dedication to their work and commitment to excellence.

Nick Harshfield has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Louisville. Nick also has a master's degree in business administration from Louisville Male High School.
