Carla Beauvais has a diverse work experience in various industries. Carla co-founded and served as the Executive Director of Fondation Dynastie since 2016. Carla also worked as the Strategic Planning Coordinator for La Table Ronde du Mois de l'histoire des Noirs starting from 2009. In 2020, Carla worked as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant for both CBC/Radio-Canada and LifeSpeak Inc. Carla was a freelance columnist for Journal Métro from 2018 to 2021, where they focused on social issues such as diversity, inclusion, racism, and women's issues. Carla worked as a journalist for Challenges News Magazine from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they founded Groupe Style Communications in 2005 and worked as a Founder until 2016, specializing in arts and culture public relations. Carla began their career at CBC/Radio-Canada in 2003 as a researcher, responsible for content research and program coordination for various radio programs.
