Dawn Bennett

Dawn Bennett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fundraising, development, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Fundraising at LifeSpring Health Systems since July 2023, Dawn previously held the role of Development Director at St. Elizabeth Catholic Charities from August 2014 to July 2023, overseeing marketing, communications, grant writing, event planning, and donor relations. Additional experience includes management roles at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. as Branch Manager and as Vice President of Business Services and Director of Programming at One Southern Indiana, where responsibilities encompassed membership recruitment and programming coordination. Dawn's career began with positions at the American Cancer Society and American Heart Association, focusing on event coordination and volunteer management, along with early roles at Floyd Memorial Hospital & Health Services in both marketing and patient care. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Indiana University Southeast.
