Misty Gilbert

Misty Gilbert, LCSW, has a diverse work experience in various roles within the mental health and social services field. From 2006 to present, Misty has served as the Vice President of Recovery Services at Lifespring Inc, overseeing inpatient and outpatient programs for individuals with substance abuse and dual diagnosis concerns. In addition, they held the position of Forensic Program Manager, working with the Indiana Department of Corrections and the Clark County jail to provide reentry services to inmates. Misty also worked as a PH Therapist at Lifespring Inc from 2006 to 2009. Prior to their time at Lifespring Inc, Misty worked as the Director of Social Services at Riverview Village Nursing and Rehab from 2003 to 2007, focusing on the psychosocial well-being of residents in nursing facilities.

Misty Gilbert, LCSW, completed their education at the Kent School of Social Work from 2004 to 2007, earning a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) specializing in Social Work. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2007, they attended the University of Louisville, where they also obtained a MSSW degree. Their field of study during this time was Science and Social Work.
