Paula Lowery

Paula Lowery, BA, RN, CCM, currently serves as the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer and Infection Control Nurse at LifeSpring Health Systems since January 2024. Previously, Paula held several roles at Humana, including Associate Director and Learning Manager, where responsibilities included leadership, operational training coordination, and supporting business strategies. Experience also includes positions such as Project Manager and Case Management Supervisor at National Health Services, and Nurse Manager at Louisville Primary Care Center, with a focus on patient care, quality control, and staff supervision. Early career experience as a Registered Nurse at Caritas Medical Center involved comprehensive patient care management. Paula earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University, alongside multiple Associate Degrees in Registered Nursing from Jefferson Community College in Kentucky.
