Toi Valentine

Toi Valentine serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at LifeStance Health since November 2020, focusing on advocating for the organization's vision and enhancing mental healthcare in the U.S. Previously, as Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Find MeTime, Toi developed a tech-enabled childcare co-op to meet the evolving needs of parents. Experience includes roles as a Faculty Coach at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an advisor at Headspace Inc. for research and service design, and a Senior Design Lead at IDEO, where leadership was provided for multidisciplinary teams on innovative design projects. Toi also has academic experience as a lecturer at California College of the Arts and a project lead at Adaptive Path. Toi's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in design and management from Parsons School of Design and continuing studies in industrial and product design at Pratt Institute.
