Tanika Clayton-Henry

Tanika Clayton-Henry, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at LifeStream Behavioral Center, Inc., since November 2023. Prior to this role, Tanika held the position of Human Resources Director at Plantation On Crystal River from October 2022 to November 2023. Tanika also worked as the Human Resources Manager for VILLAGES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION from February 2021 to August 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Director and Manager at the Citrus County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller from 2014 to 2020, and Administrative Assistant in the same organization from 2001 to 2006. Tanika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Leo University.
