Emily Moser

Emily Moser has a strong background in development operations and analysis. Emily is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Development Operations at Lifestyle Communities since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Development at the same company from April 2022 to June 2023. Before their role at Lifestyle Communities, Emily worked as a Development Associate at Onyx+East for three months in early 2022. Emily also worked as a Development Associate at Milhaus from January 2020 to January 2022. Emily started their career as a Development Analyst at Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing from December 2018 to December 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Research and Advisory Services at the Council of Development Finance Agencies from November 2014 to December 2018. Emily's early career includes roles at Homeport, where they worked as a Project Manager from February 2013 to November 2014, as a Development Coordinator from August 2011 to February 2013, and as a Development Analyst from August 2010 to August 2011.

Emily Moser earned their Master's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University. Emily attended the university from 2010 to 2011.
