Darshana Karumbaiah

Darshana Karumbaiah is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional HR Head for Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd since September 2011. In this role, Darshana leads talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and serves as the Business HR Lead for Landmark India E-Commerce. Responsibilities include overseeing the LMG Management Trainee Program and leadership hiring. Previous positions encompass lead roles in HR business partnering, talent management, and acquisition across various business units within Lifestyle International. Darshana's earlier career includes an executive position at Bharti Airtel Limited focused on talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management, as well as a senior customer service role at Dell International Services.
