José Manuel Fernández Moreno

José Manuel Fernández Moreno is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various leadership roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as HR Manager at Swatch Group since June 2008, José Manuel oversees strategic and executive HR functions in Spain, reporting directly to both the Country Manager and HR Headquarters in Switzerland. Prior to this position, José Manuel held several key roles at Carrefour, including Head of HR for multiple hypermarkets and Head of Employment Department, managing recruitment, training, and labor relations. Additionally, José Manuel has a solid foundation in HR from earlier experiences at Continente - Grupo Promodès. José Manuel holds a degree in Political Science and Sociology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and completed an Executive Program in Strategic Human Resources Management at IE Business School in 2016.
