Eloivene Blake is the Head of Operations at Lifestyle Perfected. Eloivene has over 10 years of experience in operations management and has a proven track record of increasing profitability and efficiency in their previous companies.

Eloivene started their career as an English Language Curriculum Developer, developing e-learning course material for students pursuing a Bachelor in Education with a major in English. Eloivene then moved on to become the Operations Manager at Development Partners & Management (DPM) International Limited, where they were responsible for all HRM matters and coordination of Project Management training programs. During their time at DPM, they successfully developed and coordinated major corporate workshops and seminars, utilizing Project Management methodologies to ensure customer and client satisfaction. Eloivene also created and executed two new training programmes that surpassed sales targets.

Eloivene has a proven track record of reducing costs and increasing profitability. Eloivene has saved thousands of dollars in fees by improving the response-rates of direct marketing campaigns and bringing formerly outsourced mass-mailing function in-house. Eloivene has also enlarged the client database exponentially by initiating a restructuring of data, through amending data entry procedures, telemarketing and a customer referral programme that rewarded referees and referrals.

In their current role as Head of Operations at Lifestyle Perfected, Eloivene is responsible for leading and managing the operations team to ensure the smooth running of the company. Eloivene is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Eloivene Blake has completed an advanced course at Landmark, an MSc in Human Resource Development at the University of the West Indies, Mona, and a BA (Hons) in English Literature, Psychology, and Entrepreneurship at the University of the West Indies, Mona. Eloivene has also completed the Landmark Forum and has various certifications from the Inter-American Development Bank, University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, Microsoft, CBT Nuggets, and Arizona State University.
