Deb Watson

Deb Watson is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing ANZ at LifeStyles Healthcare, where responsibilities include driving growth for Australia’s leading Sexual Wellness brand. Prior to this role, Deb worked at L'Oréal for over a decade, holding various positions including Head of Indirect e-Commerce for the Professional Products Division and Brand Business Lead for the Consumer Products Division. Deb has a strong track record in managing and growing multiple prestigious brands, such as L’OREAL Paris, Garnier, and Australia's top anti-aging skincare brand. Beginning the career at the counter manager level for luxury brands like Lancôme and Christian Dior, Deb holds a Bachelor of Communications with a major in Economics from RMIT University and a Diploma in Event Management.
