Radosław Szczepaniak

Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Tomasz worked at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024 as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant within the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Tomasz also contributed to the academic community as a Member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies from December 2020 to December 2023. Previous experience includes roles at the European Defence Agency, the European External Action Service, and various positions within the European Commission, starting as a Programme Manager/Policy Officer and progressing through roles including Contract Agent. Early career experience includes serving as a Referendarz at the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Tomasz Rados holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
