Nilka Medina

Nilka Medina has a strong background in quality and regulatory affairs. Nilka worked as the Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at LifeSync since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Medtronic, including Sr. Quality Systems Manager and MDR/Vigilance Manager. Nilka also worked at Zimmer Biomet as a Product Surveillance Associate Manager and Post Market Compliance Regulatory Engineer. Additionally, they worked at Ethicon, Inc. as a Process Quality Leader and at Boston Scientific as a Sr Quality Engineer and Sr Training Supervisor. Nilka started their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Production Supervisor.

Nilka Medina earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Nilka also holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
