Juan Espinoza has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Juan started their career in 2000 at Syratech Corporation, where they served as an Inventory Control Supervisor and later as a Traffic Supervisor. Juan then became a Project Manager and strategically implemented the SAP ERP System. In 2004, they joined Lifetime Brands, INC as a Sr. Operations Manager, where they managed all aspects of the Distribution Center. After that, they worked at Spectrum Brands - HHI as a Distribution Center Manager. From 2016 to 2018, they were employed at SYNNEX as a Director of Operations, where they directed and managed West Coast Distribution Centers with large shipments and a significant budget. Currently, they are working at Lifetime Brands as a Director of Operations, with their most recent position being Vice President of Operations.

Juan Espinoza earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Network Communications Management from DeVry University in 2004. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2007.
