Sharon Mansfield has a diverse range of work experience in the retail and design industry. Sharon started their career at Jalate' Junior Sportswear company in 1985, where they worked as a Sales and Fashion Design manager. During their time there, they managed accounts for major department stores and specialty chains and also served as a New York liaison to west coast designers.

In 1992, they joined Peter Andrews as a Visual Merchandiser, Store Manager, Design Consultant, and Bridal Consultant. Sharon worked in various roles, contributing to the overall visual appeal and design of the store.

In 1999, Sharon joined Lifetime Brands as the Director of Visual Merchandising and Corporate Expo and Trade Shows. Sharon managed all aspects of the company's 40,000 square ft. Expo showroom, overseeing merchandising, marketing, and management. Lifetime Brands designs and develops products for various houseware and tabletop brands.
