Di Gwinnell

Di Gwinnell, FCIPD has a comprehensive work history in human resources and people management. Di is currently the Group People Director at Lifetime Training, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Group HR Director at edyn from April 2019 to April 2023. Di also served as the HR Business Partner for the UK and Europe at SACO The Serviced Apartment Company from February 2017 to April 2019. Before that, Di held the position of Regional HR Manager at Magnet Ltd from August 2013 to January 2017 and Multi Site HR Manager at Makro, UK from November 2010 to August 2013. Di began their career at Asda, working as a People Service Manager from February 2009 to January 2010 and later as a Talent Advisor for Graduate Development from January 2010 to November 2010.

Di Gwinnell, FCIPD, completed their Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management at CIPD from 2011 to 2012. Earlier, they earned a BA in English Literature with a 2:1 degree classification from the University of Leeds between 2002 and 2005.
