Julie Proctor

Julie Proctor has a strong background in training and development, particularly in the hospitality industry. Julie has been with Paragon Skills since 2019 as a Partnership Director, where they have played a key role in driving growth within prestigious UK brands through the implementation of effective training programs. Prior to this, they worked at Lifetime Training Group and Lifetime Training, holding positions such as Head of Hospitality and Hospitality Accounts Director. Julie also has experience as a National Operations Executive at Charnwood Training and as a National Account Manager at Lifetime. Their career started in 1997 as a Regional Sales Manager at LivingWell Health Clubs.

Julie Proctor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Birmingham Open University from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels in Psychology, Human Biology, and English Language at Sutton Coldfield College from 1979 to 1981. Julie's education history began at Warren Farm Secondary School from 1971 to 1976 where they completed their GCSEs in English Language, English Literature, Home Economics, Art, Geography, Maths, and History.
