Lauren Carpenter has over a decade of experience in operational support and recruitment management, currently serving as the Operational Support Manager at Lifetime Training since March 2013. In this role, Lauren has held various positions including Apprentice Recruitment Manager, Kickstart Recruitment Manager, Apprentice Recruitment Team Leader, Senior Apprentice Coordinator - Care, Apprenticeship Coordinator, and Training Advisor. Prior to joining Lifetime Training, Lauren worked as a Sales Advisor at Direct Line Group from December 2007 to February 2013. Lauren's educational background includes attendance at Ashton Park from 2001 to 2006.
