Mpaff Lily Graham

Lily Graham, MPAff, currently serves as a Grants and Contracts Compliance Specialist at LifeWorks Austin since August 2021. Previously, Lily held the position of Compliance Specialist at Southwest Housing Compliance Corporation from April 2021 to August 2021, conducting on-site Monitoring Occupancy Reviews for Section 8 federally subsidized contracts in Texas and Arkansas. Lily's career began at the Housing Authority of the City of Austin, where roles included Housing Eligibility Specialist and subsequently, Housing Eligibility Specialist II. Academic achievements include a Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs, where involvement in policy research projects focused on gender-responsive practices and workforce development. Additional experience includes internships at LIFEDesigns, Inc. and Parsons Dance Company.
