Niyati Mishra

Niyati Mishra currently serves as the Director of Service Delivery and Clinical Operations at LifeWorks since September 2022. Previously, Niyati held the position of Wellness Manager at Concentrix, where leadership of the mental health professional team involved designing and evaluating wellness programs for marquee clients. Niyati's extensive experience includes roles as Counselor Psychologist at Apollo Life and Student Counselor at the International Institute of Information Technology, among others. Niyati has made significant contributions in various capacities, including providing psychosocial care for vulnerable children at Bachpan Bachao Andolan and conducting a national research study on human trafficking at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in Psychology and Cognitive Science, as well as certifications in Psychological Counseling and Youth Development.
