Matt Nollman has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and digital roles. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a PR Intern at The Castle Group, where they crafted pitches, press releases, and social media content for clients. In 2013, they joined RE/MAX as a Social Media Intern, managing the company's social media accounts and successfully increasing their following. Matt then joined CA Technologies as a Marketing Associate, completing three rotational roles within the marketing organization, including integrated marketing and social media responsibilities.

In 2015, Matt became the Social Media & Content Marketing Manager at Attunity, where they created engaging content to drive traffic and leads, positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry. Matt also managed the corporate social media activities across various platforms. Matt then worked at Salary.com as a Content Marketing Manager, overseeing and executing the company's content and social strategy.

Matt Nollman obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Information Technology from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, from 2009 to 2013.
