Charlene Meltz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charlene is currently the Head of Brand at Home Suite Hotels. Prior to that, they worked as a Collaboration Consultant for The Collaborator, where they focused on strategic partner program development and management. Charlene also held the position of Head of Brand and Partner Strategy & Management at Lift Airline. Before that, Charlene served as the Head of Investor Relations at SA Harvest.

In previous roles, Charlene gained valuable experience in rewards program management and sales. Charlene was the Head of Rewards at Absa Group, where they built the Absa Rewards product proposition and led communication strategies for existing rewards customers. Charlene also worked as a Loyalty and Rewards Consultant at Investec.

Earlier in their career, Charlene held leadership positions at Discovery, Digital Planet, Digital Marketing Services, and Acer Africa, where they played key roles in strategic partnerships, directorship, and channel management.

Charlene Meltz obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from Open University in 1996-1997. Prior to that, they attended the University of the Witwatersrand from 1988-1991 where they pursued a BCOMM degree in Marketing and Industrial Psychology. Charlene completed their high school education at Greenside High School from 1983-1986.
