Josh Moore is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in educational institutions and technical support roles. Currently serving as a Google Workspace Administrator at Academies Enterprise Trust since October 2022, Josh specializes in account management, security and compliance, and training and development. Previously, Josh worked as an IT Technician at Precedence Technologies Ltd and as an Assistant Network Manager at Mayflower High School, where responsibilities included managing Aerohive WIFI, a printer system, and a phone system, while providing comprehensive IT support. Josh began the IT career as a Senior IT Technician at Mayflower High School and has foundational experience in customer service from a lengthy tenure as a Sales Assistant at Morrisons. Josh holds a CCNA degree from South Essex College, acquired in 2017.
