Lada Samarska

Lada Samarska is an accomplished operations and development lead at LIFT99, focusing on establishing the organization as Ukraine's premier startup hub since January 2025. Concurrently, Lada serves as the head of events at the Lotus Foundation, where remarkable efforts have raised over UAH 12M ($285K) to support military units and hospitals. Lada's previous experience includes roles at Precoro, where skills in community management and customer development led to significant automation improvements for corporate clients, and at CASSONE, where market research and negotiation efforts facilitated successful entry into the US market. A graduate of Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola and a participant in a global course at The Wharton School, Lada holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business.
