Mikaela Teves has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support, programming analysis, and software engineering. Mikaela began their career at Smart Communications, Inc. as a Project Engineer from March 2016 to March 2017. Mikaela then joined Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer from March 2017 to November 2018, before transitioning to the role of a Software Engineer Analyst from December 2018 to February 2020. Following this, Mikaela worked at CAI-STA Philippines Inc. as a Programming Analyst from February 2020 to February 2021. Currently, Mikaela is employed at Liftango as a Technical Support Specialist since February 2021 and recently promoted to Senior Technical Support Specialist in August 2022.

Mikaela Teves completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of the East, where they studied from 2010 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained two additional certifications. In February 2019, Mikaela received a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Six Sigma PH. Mikaela also obtained Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) accreditation from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2020.
