Andrew Schaus MBA, CPHR

Andrew Schaus has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Andrew is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Lifting Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at The Armour Group Limited. Their previous experience includes positions at PCL Construction, where they served as the Human Resource and Professional Development Manager for Canadian Buildings, as well as the Human Resources and Professional Development Manager for the Saskatchewan region. Andrew also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Meridian Manufacturing Inc., where they were responsible for managing HR and Health & Safety departments. Andrew began their career as an Assistant Manager of Recruitment at Statistics Canada and later worked as an Operations Manager and HR Generalist at Grafton Connor Group. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, training and development, policy development, and overall HR management.

Andrew Schaus earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy and History from Saint Mary's University in 2007. Andrew furthered their education by obtaining a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the same university between 2010 and 2012. In 2014 to 2015, Andrew attended the University of Saskatchewan to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
