Erika Marin

Erika Marin began their career in 2017 as a Tracker Proyectos at GML Software - Ingeniería de Software. In 2018, they moved to Liftit as a Scrum Analyst, where their responsibilities included organizing, leading, moderating, and facilitating team interactions; ensuring the product backlog was prioritized; creating epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; and protecting the team's productive work environment.

Erika Marin began their educational journey in 2008 when they attended Politécnico Colombo Andino and earned a Técnico e Analisis y Diseño de Sistemas de Información in 2010. Erika then moved on to Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) where they earned a Tecnologo en Administración Empresarial in 2013. After that, they attended Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores for four years and earned their Ingeniera de Sistemas in 2018.
