Isabel Pardo La Rotta

Isabel Pardo La Rotta has been working in the Human Resources field since 2003. Isabel began their career at Productividad Empresarial S.A.S. as a Coordinador Nacional Gestion Humana, where they were responsible for directing, coordinating, and carrying out national recruitment processes. Isabel also managed the Human Development, Occupational Health, and Workplace Wellbeing areas. In 2007, they moved to Universidad Manuela Beltrán as a Coordinador de Desarrollo Organizacional, where they implemented competency profiles, carried out recruitment processes for administrative, managerial, and academic staff. From 2008 to 2010, Isabel worked at Caja Cooperativa Petrolera Coopetrol as a Coordinador de Gestión Humana, where they planned, coordinated, and developed Human Resources activities, such as selection, contracting, training, wellbeing, and development. At Compass Group, Isabel served as a Jefe de Gestion Humana from 2010 to 2015, where they were responsible for planning, directing, and controlling Human Resources processes for two sectors with an average of 4000 employees. Isabel also designed, implemented, and executed selection procedures, training, and development plans. From 2015 to 2019, Isabel worked at Eficacia S.A. as a Jefe Capital Humano, where they planned and managed Human Resources strategies, such as change and cultural transformation, wellbeing, and training. Most recently, in 2020, Isabel joined Liftit as the Human Resources Director Latam.

Isabel Pardo La Rotta began their educational journey in 1999 when they enrolled in the Corporación Universitaria Iberoamericana to pursue a degree in Psychology, which they completed in 2005. In 2010, they obtained an ESPECIALISTA EN GERENCIA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, specializing in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general. Currently, they are studying Portugues at IBRACO, which they started in 2021.
