Valerie Loh

Senior Performance Operations Manager at Liftoff

Valerie Loh has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Valerie began their career at OgilvyOne as an Interactive Media Designer/Copywriter, working on projects for global brands such as Levi's and DHL. During this time, they developed skills in analyzing client requirements and designing digital experiences.

Valerie then joined WE/WEAR/GLASSES, where they held multiple roles, including Senior UX Designer and Design Director. Valerie focused on elevating the company's digital user experience design offerings and managing client accounts and business operations. Valerie also led a team of in-house and freelance designers and developers.

After their time at WE/WEAR/GLASSES, Valerie joined Horlu as the Head of Creative in Singapore. Valerie later took on the role of Senior Product Experience Consultant, where they defined and designed the brand and product experience. Valerie played a key role in pitching to stakeholders and raising funding for the company.

Most recently, Valerie worked at Liftoff Mobile as the Senior Performance Operations Manager. Valerie led the APAC creative team, formulated revenue-first creative strategies, and presented best practices and insights to CMOs and heads of programmatic marketing. Valerie also started the creative team in APAC and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams.

Valerie Loh completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English with Psychology from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) between 2011 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Digital Media Design from Nanyang Polytechnic from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Valerie also obtained a certification in Display & Video 360 by successfully completing the exam administered by Google in May 2022.
