Hema Kanna is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at LiftOff LLC since February 2015. In this role, Hema Kanna collaborates with company founders to oversee the complete hiring process for diverse technical and non-technical positions. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Consultant for IT Staffing at Antal Infotech, Senior Associate of Recruitments at emids, and Senior Recruitment Specialist at Test Yantra Software Solutions, where Hema Kanna developed comprehensive hiring strategies and provided recruitment coaching. Hema Kanna began a career as a Software Engineer at NTT DATA Americas, holding multiple degrees including a Master of Computer Applications from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Strategic HR Leadership from XLRI Delhi-NCR.
