Head of Support at LIFULL Connect

Daniel Schaufler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Daniel started their career as a Reserve Officer in the German Air Force before transitioning to civilian work. In 2009, they worked in Quality Management at Dr. Greßmann & Kollegen for a year. Following that, they joined Toys R Us as a Junior Merchandising Analyst for Europe in 2010.

In 2011, Schaufler became the Marketing Manager at Fire Energy Group, where they formed and recruited the EMEA region marketing department. Daniel was responsible for personnel and budget for the entire department, reporting directly to the CEO.

Schaufler then joined Mitula Group in 2014 as an International Content & Partnerships Account Manager. In this role, they prospected and negotiated new agreements, managed existing accounts, and worked on online marketing strategy for the German-speaking region. Daniel also served as the Team Lead for the Asia Pacific regional office.

Within Mitula Group, Schaufler later became the Head of Content, managing and developing the content team for the group's vertical search sites. Daniel was responsible for the global content strategy and oversaw the content published on Mitula Group's websites worldwide.

In 2019, Schaufler joined LIFULL Connect as the Content Manager - Vertical Search. Daniel led the content and validation team of the Vertical Search business division and managed the restructuring of the team in Madrid and Barcelona. Daniel was also involved in developing the global content strategy and overseeing the content published on the company's websites worldwide.

Later at LIFULL Connect, Schaufler took on the role of Head of Support, leading the local customer support teams in LATAM and SEA. Daniel'sresponsibilities included offering customer service to real estate agent clients in 13 countries, merging formerly separate local teams, and introducing unique workflows and service level agreements.

Daniel Schaufler has a diverse educational background. From 2020 to 2021, they attended The Hero Camp and studied Digital Product Management. In 2013, they enrolled at IM Digital Business School and earned a Diploma in Master Profesional en Marketing Digital y Redes Sociales, which they completed in 2015. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2009, they pursued Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Bayreuth, earning a Diplom-Kaufmann (Univ.) degree. During the academic year 2006-2007, Daniel participated in an ERASMUS program at Universidad de Cádiz, where they focused on Marketing. Additionally, they hold a certification in Google Analytics for Beginners from Google, although the specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
