Irene Mira

Irene Mira has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Irene currently holds the position of Global Chief People Officer at LIFULL Connect since January 2022. Prior to this, Irene worked at Merkle EMEA from July 2016 to January 2022 as the People&Talent Director, where they played a key role in developing and driving the company's People strategy. Irene also established a People function from scratch and supported business growth and M&A activities.

Before their time at Merkle EMEA, Irene worked at AGBAR as an HR Business Partner from December 2015 to July 2016. Irene was responsible for aligning HR strategies with the business vision and implementing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Prior to that, they served as an HR Senior Consultant at Deloitte from March 2012 to November 2015, where they developed and implemented People strategies and acted as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues.

Irene's early career experience includes working as an HR Generalist at ESADE from May 2010 to February 2012. Irene's work experience highlights their expertise in various areas of HR, including culture, employee engagement, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
