Laura Natalia Reyes Estupiñan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Laura Natalia is currently working as a Customer Success Analyst in LIFULL Connect since 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Support Executive in the same company from 2019 to 2021.

Before joining LIFULL Connect, Laura worked at DISICO S.A. as a Jefe de compras (Purchasing Manager) from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing a team, coordinating negotiations with suppliers, reviewing and approving purchase orders, evaluating and rating suppliers, and ensuring timely payments. Laura Natalia also handled quotation requests and comparison analysis to optimize procurement.

From 2016 to 2019, Laura served as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Arquint, where they provided general administrative support to the organization. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst post-venta (Post-sales Analyst) at LAMUDI PORTAL INMOBILIARIO from 2015 to 2016, and as an Ejecutiva postventas (Post-sales Executive) at VIVAREAL COLOMBIA from 2012 to 2014.

Through their various roles, Laura has gained expertise in customer success, business support, purchasing, and post-sales support.

Laura Natalia earned a degree in Administradora de empresas, specializing in Administración y gestión de empresas, general.
