Arina Knyazeva

Arina Knyazeva has a solid work experience spanning several companies and roles. Arina started their career in 2011 at Valeo as a Group Supplier Development and Quality Purchasing officer. In 2012, they joined Advention Business Partners as a Junior Consultant. Shortly after, they moved to Booz & Company where they held positions of Senior Consultant, Associate Manager, and Senior Associate, working on projects related to strategy, organizational development, and operational efficiency improvement in industries such as oil & gas, energy, and transportation. In 2018, they joined OZON.ru, initially as the Project Leader for the OZON Supermarket, where they developed the concept and operating model for the specialized grocery delivery service within the OZON ecosystem. Later, they became the Ozon Express Business Development Director, and most recently, assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Ozon Fresh.

Arina Knyazeva has a Bachelor's degree in Management from State University - Higher School of Economics, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Arina also holds a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Business School, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. In addition, Arina has further expertise in Project Management, having obtained another Master's degree in the field from State University - Higher School of Economics during the same time period. Furthermore, they have language proficiency in German, having completed B-1 and B-2 levels from the University of Bayreuth and Technische Universität Dresden respectively in 2008 and 2009.
