Mark Cris started their career in 2012 as a Marketing Assistant at Robinsons Bank Corporation, where they gained experience in various banking services. In 2012, they also worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of the Philippines - Manila, where they were responsible for attending to student queries and concerns.

In 2013, Mark joined Get Sold Corporation, initially working as a Telesales representative for MyProperty.ph, a joint venture between Summit Media and Ringier AG. Mark Cris was later promoted to Junior Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for finding prospective clients, such as real estate agents and brokers, to advertise on their platform. Mark also held the role of Administrative Assistant at Get Sold Corporation, where they handled attendance reports for both Lamudi and MyProperty.
