Katerina Tolstokhlebova

Katerina Tolstokhlebova is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Chief Culture and Transformation Officer at Liga Stavok since January 2019. Previously, Katerina held the position of program manager for "Personnel Management" at the Higher School of Economics from June 2018 to September 2019, and served as HRD at International Investment Bank from February 2013 to February 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy HRD at National Bank TRUST and as a Project Manager at RosEuroBank. Katerina began a substantial HR career as HRD at Financial Consulting Group ACEF from March 2005 to March 2011. Katerina holds qualifications from the State University - Higher School of Economics and the Russian International Tourism Academy.
