Mahmoud Zenhom has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mahmoud started their career at Dell in 2009 as a Technical Trainer, where they played a crucial role in designing and delivering training sessions for project-specific needs. Mahmoud then joined Metra Computer LLC in 2010 as a Partner Account Executive, responsible for managing and developing accounts and achieving sales targets for Cisco products.

In 2012, Mahmoud worked at SoftTrend as a Sales Account Manager and Sales Manager, where they managed relationships between vendors and distributors and prepared sales plans and reports. Mahmoud then moved to Microsoft in 2014 as a Cloud Sales Specialist.

From 2015 to 2016, Mahmoud worked at Solutions Middle East as a Corporate Sales Account Manager, handling key accounts in the banking, oil & gas, and construction sectors. Mahmoud also served as a Microsoft Regional Product Manager, building relationships with Microsoft and focusing on selling cloud products.

In 2018, Mahmoud joined Logicom Distribution as a Cloud Specialist, responsible for multi-vendor cloud business in the UAE, Oman, and Bahrain. Mahmoud handled the sales of various products like Microsoft CSP, Azure, and O365.

Mahmoud also worked as a Business Development Manager (Cloud) at Redington Gulf from 2018 to 2021, expanding the public cloud business across the Middle East and Africa region.

Most recently, Mahmoud worked at SoftServe from 2021 to 2023 as a Regional Partner Alliances Manager, where they built strong relationships with strategic partners, increased brand awareness, and was responsible for pipeline reporting.

Currently, Mahmoud is working at LigaData as a Channel Partnerships Manager from 2023.

Mahmoud Zenhom completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Thebes Academy, from the years 2005 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following qualifications:
