Jeffrey Todd Barnes

Executive Vice President, Creative Development at Light Field Lab

Jeffrey Todd Barnes has over 25 years of experience in creative development, marketing, and production. Jeffrey Todd began their career in 1986 as an editor, designer, and director for KEYT NewsChannel 3, KKFX, and KCOY Central Coast News. In 1993, they became the CEO, Co-Founder, and Senior Executive Producer of the ComputerCafe Group, which included CafeFX, The Syndicate, and Sententia Entertainment. In 2011, Barnes was the VP/GM of VFX/Stereo Productions for Digital Domain Media Group. From 2012-2013, they were a consultant for Santa Maria Energy and Bent Image Lab, where they drove creative design, restructured VFX teams, and researched international tax incentives. In 2014, Barnes was a consultant-VFX Executive for Cognition LA and in 2015 they were the Executive Director, Studio Production for Lytro (acquired by Google). Since 2017, they have been the Executive Vice President, Creative Development for Light Field Lab, Inc., where they work in tandem with the CEO to develop external strategy and drive cross-channel marketing initiatives.

Jeffrey Todd Barnes attended Widener University from 1980 to 1982, where they earned an AA-Brandywine Campus. Jeffrey Todd then attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1983 to 1985, where they earned a BA in Film/Business.
