Andrés Nakanishi

Andrés Nakanishi has a diverse work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Andrés is currently working at Light-it as a Frontend Lead, where they lead a team of 12 developers and works on performance reviews, collaboration with other leaders, and project architecture. Prior to that, they worked at Alohar as a Consultant, Technical Leader, and Software Engineer, where they collaborated with different teams, implemented workflows, and developed a rental platform similar to AirBnb. Andrés also worked as a Self-Employed Software Engineer, providing tailored technical solutions to clients. Additionally, they worked at Capstone Side LLC. as a Software Engineer, developing their website and a payment gateway, and at Uxor IT as a Software Engineer, specializing in outsourcing services for tailor-made software development. Andrés also had a role at ASDRA, where they worked on a labor insertion platform for people with Down syndrome, and at Telecom Argentina while working for Uxor IT.

Andrés Nakanishi earned a licentiate degree in Systems and Business Management from Universidad Caece Mar del Plata in 2019. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2017, they attended Escuela Técnica Nº 1, where they pursued a technical degree in Personal and Professional Informatics.
