Bhaskar Ghosh has had several work experiences in various companies and roles. Bhaskar is an investor and board member at Rocketlane, a customer-onboarding SaaS platform. Bhaskar is a lead investor and board member at Acryl Data, a company taking a leading OSS metadata platform to market. Bhaskar was the founding CTO and later an advisor at Opto Investments, building a total solution for private market investments. Bhaskar led the seed round and was a board member at Spotnana, a vertical SaaS company disrupting the corporate travel industry. Bhaskar has served on the board of directors at Yugabyte and is an investor and board member at Ushur, a company focused on intelligent automation platforms.

Bhaskar Ghosh completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University. Bhaskar later pursued a PhD in Computer Science at Yale University, where they studied from 1989 to 1994.
