Pat Cline

Pat Cline has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. Pat started their career at NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, where they rose to the position of President. In 2009, they left to join Quality Systems, Inc as their President & Chief Strategy Officer. After two years there, Pat moved on to Frates Benefit Administrators, where they served as Director for four years. In 2012, they joined Net Health as their Director, and they remained in that role until 2017.

In December 2017, Pat became the CEO of Lightbeam Health Solutions. Lightbeam is a healthcare technology company that provides solutions to help improve patient care. Under Pat's leadership, Lightbeam has become a leading provider of healthcare data analytics and decision support tools.

Pat Cline has a certification from Gallup as a Trained Strengths Coach, from Cornell University in Certification - Business Strategy: Achieving Competitive Advantage, and from The John Maxwell Team as a Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. Pat Cline is also a Sommelier from the International Sommelier Guild and has a PADI certification in Open Water Diver. Lastly, Pat Cline has an FAA certification in Pilot, Instrument, and Multi-engine airplane.
