Shai Kadmi

Shai Kadmi has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Shai is currently working at Lightbits Labs as a Principal Software Engineer since July 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Validation Engineer at the same company from June 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Lightbits Labs, Shai worked at Amdocs, where they held the role of Software Development Specialist from February 2017 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for setting the technological path for delivering self-service low maintenance systems for major communication companies worldwide. Shai also designed and implemented end-to-end features using Java, J2EE, JS, and Backbone.js. Prior to that, Shai was a Senior Software Developer at Amdocs from February 2015 to February 2017, where they were involved in designing and implementing features for a large-scale CRM system using Java and Oracle SQL. Shai also conducted integration with third-party as well as in-house modules using technologies like SOAP, WSDL, and EJB. Shai's earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at MIND CTI from March 2012 to December 2014. In this role, they designed and implemented features for a large-scale billing system and an offline processing application using Java and Oracle SQL. Shai also conducted system integration with various network elements using AAA network protocols such as Diameter and RADIUS.

Shai Kadmi completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Shai pursued this degree from 2007 to 2011.
