Tomer Gonen

Tomer Gonen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Tomer is currently working at Lightbits Labs as a Software Engineer since 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Software Development Engineer at Lightbits Labs from 2018 to 2023. Tomer also worked as an Automation architect and leader at Lightbits Labs from 2018 to 2019, where their responsibilities included developing automation infrastructure, defining test scope and methodology, and creating test plans.

Previously, Tomer worked at E8 Storage as a Software Developer from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they were employed at IBM XIV Storage Systems as an Automation Group Manager, leading and managing a team of over 20 automation developers from 2012 to 2016. Tomer'smain focus was on functional testing procedures for an enterprise-grade storage product with a complex grid architecture. Tomer was responsible for recruiting and building the team to meet long-term project requirements.

In addition, Tomer has experience working at VMware as a Test engineer from 2009 to 2012 and at SanDisk as a QA team manager from 2005 to 2009.
