Harry McGee

Harry McGee has a diverse and extensive work experience. Harry started their career in 1989 at the US Department of Defense, working in the USAF Civil Engineering department. Harry then moved on to become Senior Vice President of Operations at Dione Plc in 1996. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the Group Operations Director at Metro Imaging. Following that, Harry held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Vados Systems, a defense and enterprise supplier, from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, they became the General Manager at Delarue Security Print, responsible for site management and operational activities. From 2011 to 2015, Harry served as the Senior Director of Operations at HARMAN International, overseeing multiple regional site locations and driving production efficiencies. Harry then joined Balfour Beatty plc as the Director of Business Transformation & Continuous Improvement from 2016 to 2019, where they designed and led strategic projects. Currently, Harry is the Director of Operations at Lightbox Jewelry, a position they have held since 2019.

Harry McGee obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, and Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. In April 2012, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from SIGMAPRO GLOBAL.
