Susan Hotchkiss has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Susan started their career at John W. Henry & Company as an Office Manager in the Human Resources department. After that, they joined Pequot Capital Management, Inc. as a Vice President of Human Resources, where they worked for almost 10 years.
