Mandy Forlina

Mandy Forlina has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mandy currently holds positions at LTA Research, starting in August 2022, where they serve as the General Manager of Heavy Equipment in Shipping & Receiving, as well as the Heavy Equipment Manager. Prior to this, Mandy was the President of Safety Training Group USA, starting in July 2020. Mandy also has a long history with FedEx Freight, where they worked from July 1999 to July 2017 in the role of YN Region Operations.

Mandy Forlina's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Penn State Altoona and completed the Penn State Honors Program. During their time at Penn State, they focused on studying Criminal Justice/Police Science.

In 2017, they briefly attended Youngstown State University and completed the SBA Emerging Leaders program, which centered around Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.

In 2019, Mandy Forlina pursued further education at JLG University, where they became an Operator Training Instructor specializing in Aerial Training. Later that year, they enrolled in the Power Industrial Truck Train the Trainer Course offered by Clark Material Handling Company, concentrating on Electric and Internal Combustion equipment.

Mandy Forlina has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they earned a Small Business Entrepreneurship Certificate from Interise. In 2022, they were recognized as the Small Business of the Year by SummaCare and featured as a Women-Owned Small Business for the month of September by the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber. Additionally, they hold a 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification from the US Department of Labor OSHA, although the specific acquisition date is unknown.
